FAQ
Answers before you book a shoot
Do you have a hotel or villa tour to show?
Not yet, we haven’t completed a hospitality client shoot. The examples on this page are real apartment tours. A villa or small hotel gets the same product: interactive 360° walkthrough, branded page and shareable link.
How should we prepare the rooms and shared spaces?
Clear walkways, open curtains and remove temporary clutter. Rooms do not need a full staging, tidy and ready for guests is enough. We’ll confirm any specifics when we scope the shoot.
How long does the shoot take?
A single suite or apartment is usually completed in under an hour on site. Several rooms for a small villa or guesthouse are typically finished in one visit, timing depends on access and the agreed scope.
Can you capture the property while it is operating?
Yes. We plan around occupied rooms and guest flow, and shoot available spaces first. Early morning or quiet windows often work best, we’ll schedule with you in advance.
Can every room type have a separate link?
Yes. A villa can be one tour, or Standard Room, Suite, Pool and similar spaces can each get their own shareable URL.
Can the tour be added to our existing website?
Yes. We deliver a branded page and shareable link. You can also embed or link the tour from your own site, the Amarena example above shows a gallery-to-tour path on a live property page.
What is included in 12 months of hosting?
The interactive tour stays online on our hosting for 12 months with your branded page and shareable URL. After that you can renew from €19 / year or move the finished Marzipano files to your own hosting.
Can the tour be updated later?
Yes. If you renovate a room or add a new amenity, we can re-shoot selected spaces and update the tour, scoped and priced before the visit.
Do we receive the finished files?
Yes. You receive the finished Marzipano tour export along with the hosted link, no platform lock-in.
Which areas of Montenegro do you cover?
On the coast: Budva, Tivat, Kotor, Herceg Novi, Bar and nearby towns. Also Podgorica. Separately: the north of the country (e.g. Kolašin). Travel or urgency may add a surcharge outside the local area. Confirmed before the shoot.
