How long does it take to create a virtual tour?
In most cases the finished tour is ready within 24–48 hours after the shoot. The exact timeline depends on the property and the amount of post-production.
What affects the schedule:
- property size and complexity;
- number of viewpoints (panoramas);
- lighting in the rooms;
- colour correction and retouching needed;
- any extra image-quality requirements.
Is this only for real estate agencies?
Agencies are the core offer today. The same format works for hotels, restaurants, yachts, wedding venues, showrooms and B2B facilities, anywhere buyers need to see the space before visiting. See Examples on this page, and the Blog for deeper articles.
Can one business order several tours?
Yes. Hotels often book Standard Room / Suite / Spa / Restaurant / Pool as separate links. That is how an average order moves into the €300–700 range without changing the product.
Do yacht or venue shoots cost the same as apartments?
Apartment packages start from €99. Yachts are typically from €199–499+, even when the space is smaller, because lighting on board is harder to control, and we need extra work so the tour looks clean. High-value venues are also scoped separately.
What makes up the price?
Property size, number of rooms, number of viewpoints, any extra lighting needed, prep time before the shoot, and travel time to the location.
What happens after the 12 months of hosting?
Renew from €19 / year, or move the finished Marzipano files to your own site. You keep the tour export either way, no platform lock-in.
Where do you shoot?
On the coast: Budva, Tivat, Kotor, Herceg Novi, Bar and nearby towns. Also Podgorica. Separately: the north of the country (e.g. Kolašin). Travel or urgency surcharges may apply outside the local area. Confirmed before the shoot.
Can the page include Book / WhatsApp / Menu buttons?
Yes. Property pages already carry contact CTAs. For restaurants and venues we can wire Book a table, WhatsApp, Directions, View menu, Check availability and similar actions into the branded page.
